The Holocaust
A man named Hitler was the one who
started the holocaust with the help of Nazis in January 30, 1933. This occurred
when Adolf Hitler became chancellor of Germany in May 8, 1945(Jewish virtual
library.) When the war in Europe ended Jews were persecuted and it led to the
murder of 6,000,000 Jews, 1.5 million of them being children, and the rest being
5,000 Jewish communities. (Jewish virtual library) When Adolf Hitler became a
leader by President Paul Von Hindenburg, the Nazis joined Hitler. The Nazis
believed that the Jews were the ones who caused Germany’s ills. (The history
place) The Nazis made horrible comments about the Jews such as that they have
long hooked noses and are ape like. Hitler wanted to do something about the
Jews, so he called for new elections to get full control of the German
parliament, and to get rid of the Jews. (Jewish virtual library) When the
elections were held on March 5, the Nazis received nearly 44 percent of the
vote which means they won the election. The Nazis began by passing laws that
stopped Jews from working in certain jobs. (Jane Shuter). Hitler was born in April 20, 1889 and died in
April 30,1945("time line"

In Conclusion
Sixty-six years ago, the Holocaust ended, no one could ever
imagine that. Fortunately, it did end however there was still a problem because
“when the IRO took over in 1947, there were approximately 1,200,000 Jewish and
non-Jewish people looking for homes. (
www.holocaust-history.org)”, but
“In the next years the IRO was able to resettle about a million people. (WWW.holocaust-history.org)”.
The IRO helped a lot of people on starting a new life and getting back on
track. It’s amazing that the IRO helped because “Hundreds of thousands of
people were homeless and seeking a new life. (
WWW.holocaust-history.org)”.
Miracles do happen, it’s really amazing that not all of the Jews died or got
murdered by the Nazi. After the Holocaust ended, a lot of people got chances to
turn their lives for the better. Millions got their new lives (with their
family members and/or loved ones or some are by themselves). Knowing that your
family survived the Holocaust would really be amazing and would be a great
miracle.
The Holocaust
changed millions of lives that were Jewish. Adolf Hitler also was in charge for millions of deaths and
murders. The Holocaust changed millions of lives, family members being killed
and murdered. However, the IRO helped and came to rescue and saved millions of
lives. Luckily, the IRO helped millions of Jewish and non-Jewish people to get
back on track and to start a better life.
